Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Refund

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product was damaged during shipping

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Some products may not be eligible for refunds due to hygiene or usage reasons.
